All services are delivered as per the details discussed with the client through email, WhatsApp, or written agreement.

Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made 100% in advance for all design and video editing services.
  • For monthly social media management and ads management, 50% advance is required; remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.
  • Payment is accepted through Razorpay, UPI, Bank Transfer, or other approved methods.
  • GST will be applied wherever applicable.
  • Orders will begin *only after payment confirmation*.

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines vary based on project size and complexity.
  • Estimated timelines will be discussed before starting the project.
  • Any delay from the client’s side (content approval, feedback, missing information) may extend the delivery timeline.
  • Urgent delivery may require additional charges.

Revisions Policy

  • Each service includes a limited number of revisions as communicated at the time of booking.
  • Extra revisions beyond the approved limit will be chargeable.
  • Revisions apply only to the existing project scope—any additional work will be treated as a new order.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • As per the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has started.
  • Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delay due to client-side approval/content
  • Completed or partially completed work
  • Ads performance, as results vary based on audience, industry & budget
  • GMB Listing and follower growth, as results depend on external factors

In case no work is started and a cancellation request is made, the company may provide a partial refund after reviewing the order.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Correct business information
  • Required images, videos, logos, product data
  • Timely approvals and feedback
  • Access to social media accounts, ad accounts or websites (if applicable)
  • Delays in providing the above may affect the delivery schedule.

Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Final approved creative files belong to the client.
  • Rebrand Advertising Agency may showcase the work in our portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests confidentiality.
  • Source files (PSD, AI, AE, CDR etc.) will be provided only if included in the package or purchased separately.

Ads Management Disclaimer

  • We manage ads on Meta, Google & YouTube based on industry best practices.
  • Results such as leads, sales or engagement are *NOT guaranteed*, as they depend on several external factors (budget, industry competition, audience behavior).
  • The client is responsible for the ad spend paid to Meta/Google platforms.

Website & GMB Listing Disclaimer

  • Website ranking, SEO results, and Google My Business growth are not guaranteed due to changing algorithms.
  • We optimize based on best practices, but performance varies.

Privacy & Data Security

We ensure that your business data, documents, and login details remain confidential.

Client data will never be shared with any third party without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Rebrand Advertising Agency is not liable for:

  •  Losses due to platform downtime (Meta/Google)
  •  Account suspension caused by client’s policy violation
  •  Third-party software issues
  •  Sales or lead performance expectations

Our liability is limited strictly to the service fee paid by the client.

Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Updated policies will be posted on our website.
